Tadhg O’Toole

Sales & Marketing Director (Chairman of Board)

Tadhg co-founded Modeva in 1996. Before becoming Chairman in 2009 he held the positions of Finance Director and Marketing Director. He is a founding member and Chairman of the Irish Phone-Paid Services Association. Tadhg is an active Angel Investor and member of HBAN. When time permits he teaches the Company Programme as a Junior Achievement volunteer.

Gary Hunter

Business Development Director

Gary Hunter has been involved in Developing International Business for many years. During that period he has been involved in many start-up business ventures, as well as some exposure to mergers and acquisitions. He has, over the years, built up an extensive understanding on how to start-up and rollout projects on an international basis and generally within the constraints of Venture Capital Investment.

For the last ten years or so he has been involved in the Telecommunications Industry, particularly, but not limited to, the Premium Rate side of Telecommunications Industry. Gary has managed various existing products within the Modeva Group as well as managing the design, build and roll out of new products.

Richard Brennan

Technical Director

After qualifying from Kevin Street DIT with distinction in 1993 Richard began working in the interactive voice response industry (IVR) before Co-founding Modeva in 1996. Richard played a lead role in developing Modeva’s world’s firsts including the world’s first flight information system using IVR in Dublin, Cork, Shannon, John F Kennedy New York and London’s Heathrow Airports. Today Richard is the CEO of the telecoms businesses division and Technical Director of the Modeva Group. Richard is a keen player of Xbox live online gaming.

Marcus Brennan

Business Development Director

Marcus has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1991, when he joined Earmark Communications Ltd, which was the first premium rate services telecommunications operator licensed in the Republic of Ireland.

In 1996 Marcus co-founded the Modeva Group, where he became Software Development Director. To date Marcus’s businesses and products have provided service to many millions of satisfied customers worldwide. Marcus is currently heading up the group's betting and gaming business.

Brian O'Dwyer

COO

Brian joined Modeva in July 2008 as a Product Manager and quickly extended his responsibility in establishing the company’s product life cycles supported by formal project management processes. Since February 2010 Brian has had the role of Chief Operations Officer.

With a strong technical background Brian has worked in the Telecommunications sector since 2000 when he started his career with the National Telecoms Regulatory body (ComReg) and subsequently with Irish Broadband, a leading wireless broadband provider in Ireland.
